It is situated between multiple stations, making transfers a breeze. The area may not be glamorous, but it's perfect for exploring San Jose and beyond. The hotel itself is modern and sparkling clean, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Lady, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Not only did she help with our requests, but she also organized an earlier breakfast for us before our early pick-up for our Monteverde shuttle. The service here is truly exceptional.
